Resetting a password

Resolved

Customer

I forgot my password, and I haven't received the reset email.

Agent

Did you sign up with this email address? If so, please check your spam folder for the reset email.

Customer

I use this email address. I just checked my spam folder and found the reset email there.

Agent

Open the most recent reset email and follow the link to choose a new password. Then try signing in again. You don't need to share your password here.

Customer

That worked. I'm signed in now.

Agent

You're all set. I'll close this request, but you can reply if you have trouble signing in again.

Checking a possible duplicate charge

Resolved

Customer

I can see two transactions for my subscription this month. Have I been charged twice?

Agent

I'll help you check. Does your bank show both transactions as completed, or is one still pending? Please don't send your full card details.

Customer

One is completed and the other is pending. I tried paying once before the payment went through.

Agent

I've checked your account and found one completed payment and one invoice. The other entry is a pending authorization from the first attempt. Your bank can confirm when it will clear. If it becomes a completed charge, reply here so we can investigate.

Customer

I see the one invoice now. That explains it. I'll keep an eye on the pending entry.

Agent

I've sent you a copy of the invoice so you can compare it with your statement.

Escalating a failed report export

Escalated

Customer

Our monthly report won't export. It shows an error every time I choose Download CSV.

Agent

What does the error say? Also, does exporting a smaller date range work?

Customer

It says 'Export failed.' A single week downloads, but the full month fails. We need the monthly report for a meeting tomorrow.

Agent

I've sent this to our technical team with the date range, error, and the smaller export that worked. I've included your deadline. As a temporary option, you can download each week separately while they investigate.

Customer

I can use the weekly files for now. Will the team need me to explain the problem again?

Agent

They have this conversation and my notes. I'll keep you updated in this thread when they have a next step. The monthly export issue is still open.
